A fresh and contemporary experience brought to you from the original owners. Francisco's restaurant and cantina was established in 1968– "Francisco's Lounge", a gathering spot for locals and tourists enjoying nightly live entertainment.
Taking pride in their hispanic culture, the Garcias decided to start serving traditional mexican cuisine using old family recipes. For over four decades Francis and Claudine Garcia, their two sons Ted and Skip, and eventually their grandchildren became a part of the restaurant.
Chef Ted, was the head chef, inspiration, and creator for the addition of southwestern, steak, and seafood specials. Francisco's grew from only 7 to over 80 tables, and served up to 250 people at a time.
